Our service engineers are the people you, our customers and partners, come into contact with. KTS Engineering’s service team consists of highly qualified engineers and technical consultants, equipped with specialised tools, monitoring and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting, adjustments and solving technological problems of the equipment.
The service engineers are certified by the equipment manufacturers.
A confirmation of the level of knowledge is provided every year. Service employees receive annual training through training sessions and seminars from the manufacturers. All service employees are trained abroad in the training centres of the equipment manufacturers. Every service technician constantly enhances his or her knowledge and qualifications.
