Extending the Life of Nidec Leroy-Somer Generators

After a major overhaul by KTS Engineering, Nidec Leroy-Somer equipment meets the same standards as new equipment coming directly from the factory. Repaired equipment is provided with an official manufacturer’s warranty.

We carry out overhaul of Nidec Leroy-Somer generators in the KTS Engineering service center in Ukraine or on the client’s territory.

Schedule:

  • Dismantling of the generator and elimination of malfunctions of equipment elements: cleaning and drying of parts. Measurements are carried out and the condition of the parts is assessed for their suitability for further operation.
  • Preparation for the assembly of the generator: selection of the necessary spare parts to replace the original components at the KTS Engineering warehouse in Kiev or sending an application to the manufacturer Nidec Leroy-Somer in France.
  • Installation and input control: start-up of the power plant, commissioning and commissioning of equipment. The results of the repairs are confirmed by the no-load and under-load test sheets.

Each stage of work is strictly documented, based on the results of the overhaul, the customer is provided with a detailed technical report. To increase the productivity and energy efficiency of the equipment, it is possible to combine overhaul and modernization of the power plant.
