Warranty service

BE CONFIDENT IN THE PERFORMANCE OF YOUR EQUIPMENT

The manufacturer’s warranty covers all new and overhauled Baker Hughes equipment. The term of the warranty is specified in the contract.

Scheme of warranty entitlement:

• Equipment shutdown or detected malfunction.
• Customer’s request for technical support from KTS Engineering.
• If the fault cannot be rectified remotely, mandatory inspection by a service engineer to perform diagnostics on site will take place.
• Formation of warranty request to the manufacturer.
• Confirmation of guarantee case by factory.
• Warranty repairs to be carried out by KTS Engineering service department.

The warranty does not apply in the event of improper use or use of non-original spare parts.
