Warranty service

The manufacturer’s warranty covers all new and overhauled Jenbacher equipment. The warranty period for the equipment is 24 months*. The warranty period may be subject to change in accordance with the contract conditions.

Warranty claim scheme:

• Equipment shutdown or a detected malfunction.
• Customer’s request for technical support from KTS Engineering.
• If the fault cannot be rectified remotely, mandatory visit within 24 hours will take place and diagnostics will be carried out.
• Formation of warranty request to the manufacturer.
• Confirmation of warranty event by factory.
• Carrying out warranty repairs.

The warranty does not apply in the event of improper use or use of non-original spare parts.
